Employee Education Program (EEP) & Child Welfare Education for Leadership (CWEL)
Employee Education Program (EEP)
The Employee Education Program (EEP) provides pathways for DHS’ social services managers and program analyst to acquire a Masters of Social Work degree, while continuing to work part-time. Once employees complete this program, they are eligible for promotion to social work supervisor positions through the Civil Service exam process.
To apply for EEP, future applicants must attend Mandatory Informational Sessions.
Child Welfare Education for Leadership (CWEL)
